Apart from remote-first development partners, we provide support as Local Deployed Engineers (LDE) for teams that want an engineer who can come to the site when needed and work alongside them. You can consult with us on everything from problem definition, design, and implementation to AI utilization, starting from one day a week.

What is a Local Deployed Engineer (LDE)?
A Local Deployed Engineer (LDE - Engineers deployed locally) is a software engineer who joins your team as a member and works with you on product development and AI utilization. Unlike development support that is completed entirely remotely, they will visit your office when needed and accompany you as someone you can "sit next to and consult with."
Understand by being on-site
While looking at the actual screens and business flows, we will verbalize issues and requests on the spot.
Shape things on the spot
Starting with small prototypes or configuration changes, we will gradually improve it as working software.
Leave know-how in the team
In addition to code and documents, we will share the "way of thinking" about development processes and AI utilization within the team.
LDE is characterized by being a "nearby technical partner" rather than an "external development vendor" that can accompany you in the medium to long term.
Plans and Estimated Fees
LDE support is flexibly designed based on a monthly plan of 300,000 to 600,000 JPY, depending on the weekly involvement time and role. First, we will work with you to determine "how often and what kind of involvement would be good" and then propose the optimal plan.
Start Plan
16-24 hours/month (equivalent to 0.5-1 day/week)
For those who want to start small, with AI utilization or process improvement
- • A light accompaniment plan with an estimated 16 to 24 hours per month (about 0.5 to 1 day per week).
- • We will proceed with a combination of one on-site visit per month (half day to full day) and regular online meetings.
- • Suitable for teams that want to "start small," such as generating ideas for AI utilization, organizing existing business flows, or minor feature additions/improvements.
Standard Plan
32-40 hours/month (equivalent to 1-1.5 days/week)
For continuous progress in product development and AI utilization
- • A standard plan that balances product development and AI utilization with 32 to 40 hours of involvement per month (about 1 to 1.5 days per week).
- • In addition to about two on-site visits per month, we will respond to regular online meetings and chat consultations.
- • Suitable for teams that want to continuously work together on everything from new feature design to implementation, release, AI integration into business flows, and development process maintenance.
Partner Plan
48-64 hours/month (equivalent to 2 days/week)
For deep involvement as a "Fractional CTO" or Lead Engineer
- • A plan where we are deeply involved as your team's "Fractional CTO / Tech Lead" with an estimated 48 to 64 hours per month (about 2 days per week).
- • We will work alongside you in a wide range of areas, from product direction, technology selection, and architecture design to daily development and retrospectives.
- • Suitable for teams that want to hire and train in-house engineers in the future, or companies that want to seriously grow new products.
- All prices exclude tax and transportation expenses.
- Actual amounts and involvement time will be quoted individually after hearing about the challenges and structure.
- Flexible consultation is also possible for out-of-plan requests such as spot workshops or short-term projects.
Process of Support
1. Free Discussion (60-90 minutes)
- We will hear about your current challenges, team structure, and what you have in mind, either online or in person.
- We will work together to organize "how LDE can be involved" and "how much frequency would be good."
- No costs are incurred up to this stage.
2. Plan Design and Quotation
- Based on the interview, we will propose a plan and quotation according to the involvement time and role.
- Flexible adjustments are possible within the range of Start Plan to Partner Plan, according to your budget and internal structure.
- If you are satisfied, we will exchange contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
3. Trial Introduction and Full Operation
- For the first 1-2 months, we often start with a smaller theme as a trial period.
- While establishing the rhythm of regular meetings and on-site visits, we will actually join the team as an LDE.
- If you wish to continue, we will proceed as monthly support and review the plan details as necessary.
Target Area
Currently, we are providing LDE support primarily in Saitama and the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. In the future, we plan to expand this style of engineering to other regions.
